Complex projects start with a paid discovery sprint. We audit your data landscape, prototype key components, test scraping feasibility against the target sources, and deliver a technical architecture document with a fixed build plan, timeline, and cost.
The architecture document is yours regardless, even if you don't proceed with us.

Build & Deploy
We build the pipeline in focused sprints. You get weekly written progress updates with Loom walkthroughs, no status meetings unless you want them. Every component is tested, documented, and deployed to staging before going live. We work async-first, aligned with US East and UK business hours.
